Anders als Sepp gedacht hatte, bedeutete „Vollzeit“, dass er von morgens bis abends arbeiten sollte. Als er aber auch am zweiten Tag schon voll zur Arbeit erschien, wurde er umgehend entlassen. „Auf dem Bau war ich auch die ganze Zeit voll und da hat’s keinen gestört!“ beschwerte sich Sepp am Abend in seiner Stammkneipe. „Kein Wunder, dass es mit dem Land abwärts geht!“
Cultural pessimism – Contrary to what Sepp had thought, “full-time” meant that he should work from morning to evening. But when he, already full, showed up for work on the second day, he was immediately fired. “I was full at the construction site the whole time and it didn’t bother anyone!” Sepp complained that evening in his local bar. “No wonder the country is going downhill!” (on the note: „We are looking for a bar assistant. Full-time. Information, etc.)
