Die mit einer Milchkuh des staatlichen „Lehr-, Versuchs-, und Fachzentrums für Molkereiwirtschaft Kempten“ bemannte Rakete konnte erfolgreich abheben, schlug aber schon kurz hinter Memmingen auf württembergischem Boden ein, was der Ministerpräsident jedoch erwartungsgemäß als großartigen Erfolg bezeichnete, denn hinter der bayerischen Landesgrenze beginne ja quasi schon der Weltraum, daher sei es zum Mond nur noch ein kleiner Schritt. Die Opposition im Bayerischen Landtag schloss sich umgehend der Forderung der Regierungskoalition an, beim Vatikan die Seligsprechung des bei der Mondmission so ruhmreich verschiedenen Rindviehs zu beantragen.
