Um den Wald sauberer zu halten und damit Bränden künftig vorzubeugen, haben die Bäume verlangt, dass der Boden gepflastert werde, doch sowohl Rotwild als auch Schwarzwild verwiesen unter Protest darauf, dass eine solche Maßnahme eine klare Benachteiligung der Paarhufer darstelle, die sich auf dem harten Stein die Füße kaputttreten würden. Als Kompromiss einigte man sich auf das Verlegen von Dielen. Sobald aber die Bäume, die bekanntlich nicht die Hellsten sind, gemerkt haben, dass dies für einige von ihnen Konsequenzen hat, war es schon zu spät. Dafür schaut es im Wald jetzt sehr aufgeräumt aus.
