Eure Kultur ist ein Feind der Zivilisation!
Gesegnet sei, wer beim Wort ‚Kultur’ zuerst an Kunst, Klassische Musik und Literatur denkt: Welch ein Glück liegt in dieser Einfalt! Dabei wäre es naheliegend an Schimmel zu denken und Bakterien, denn genau das und nichts anderes ist menschliche Kultur: ein widerlicher Organismus, der sich in die Zivilisation hineinfrisst und sie von innen her zersetzt. Oh, Schimmel kann wunderschön aussehen. Kunst, Klassische Musik und Literatur sind toll, aber doch nichts anderes als Blüten auf dem Misthaufen der Kulturen.
Es ist ja bekannt, dass in den USA im Fernsehen jedes verdächtige Wort mit einem Piepston eliminiert wird und dass in der Presse nicht ‚fuck’ geschrieben werden darf, sondern höchstens f**k. Obwohl jeder weiß, was gemeint ist, und die beiden Sternchen die Aufmerksamkeit des Lesers erst recht auf das Wort lenken; obwohl der Leser dadurch gezwungen wird, das Wort zu ergänzen und im Stillen auszusprechen, wäre es natürlich viel zu gefährlich, die Buchstaben u und c tatsächlich aufzuschreiben. Es könnte ja sein, dass ein Kind dadurch verdorben würde. Was für ein unglaublicher Blödsinn! Menschen mit einer Giftspritze zu töten, ist okay, Bomben auf Krankenhäuser zu werfen ist okay, Waffen in Kriegsgebiete zu verkaufen ist okay, aber wer ‚shit’ sagt, dem muss der Mund mit Seife ausgewaschen werden.
Ein besonders absurdes Phänomen sind Teenager, die sogenannte „Hell Challenge“-Videos machen, in denen sie ihre Eltern damit provozieren, dass sie das Wort ‚Hölle’ aussprechen. Bestenfalls kassieren sie dafür einen Anschiss, manchmal aber auch eine Ohrfeige. Manche Eltern drohen ihren Kindern mit ewiger Verdammnis. Was für Idioten! Aber das ist Kultur. Muss man fremde Kulturen respektieren? Muss man? Ich sehe nicht, wie ich das können sollte. Diesen geistigen Dünnschiss kann man nicht respektieren, man muss ihn der Kanalisation zuführen. Ist es aber vielleicht ein Zeichen der Hoffnung, dass sich diese Kinder der Provokation bewusst sind und ihre Kultur damit in Frage stellen? Die Menschheitsgeschichte scheint mir eher zu belegen, dass aus Kindern, denen ein autoritärer Charakter anerzogen wird, keine freien Erwachsenen werden, sondern gute Untertanen, die, wenn sie einmal dem Teenageralter entwachsen sind, ihre Kinder ebenfalls bestrafen werden. Sie werden nicht mehr bezweifeln, dass es richtig ist, falsche Gedanken und böse Worte zu verbieten.
Todesstrafe für Abfall vom Glauben, Steinigung für Ehebruch, Genitalverstümmelung, Lederhosen und Jodeln – alles Kultur. Alles wertvoll und gleichwertig? Natürlich nicht! Mit Jodelei kann man jemanden langsam zu Tode foltern, eine Steinigung ist bei weitem nicht so grausam.
Ihr seid so stolz auf Eure Kulturen und tut doch alles dafür, sie zu zerstören, indem Ihr alles zur Ware macht. Als ich das erste Mal jemanden mit einem Becher Kaffee auf der Straße gesehen habe, fand ich das noch albern und konnte mir nicht vorstellen, dass ich einmal von Leuten umgeben sein würde, die Pumpkin Spiced Latte für ein Getränk halten und dennoch behaupten, geistig gesund zu sein. Kaffee zu trinken war einmal ein Ritual, von dem zwar nicht das Seelenheil abhing, das aber doch geeignet war, eine verletzte Seele wieder ein bisschen heil zu machen. Zugegeben: Europäische Kaffeehauskultur ist wie jede bürgerliche Kultur auch Abgrenzung nach unten, aber sie war auch etwas, das den Bildungsbürger vom Pfeffersack unterschied. Das Besitzbürgertum hat nun offenbar gewonnen und das Millionenheer seiner Angestellten davon überzeugen können, dass man es nie nach oben schaffen wird, wenn man sich zum Kaffeetrinken hinsetzt und Zeitung liest.

Blessed be who thinks first of art, classical music and literature in the word ‚culture‘: what a blessing lies in this simplicity! But it would be obvious to think of mold and bacteria, because that is what human culture is: a disgusting organism that eats into civilization and decomposes it from within. Oh, mold can look beautiful. Art, classical music and literature are great, but nothing more than flowers on the dung heap of cultures.
It is well known that in the United States on television every suspicious word is eliminated with a beep and that in the press ‚fuck‘ may not be written, but at most f**k. Although everyone knows what is meant, and the two asterisks draw the reader’s attention to the word; while compelling the reader to complete and quietly pronounce the word, it would, of course, be too dangerous to actually write down the letters u and c. It could be that a child would be spoiled by it. What an incredible nonsense! Killing people with lethal injection is okay, dropping bombs on hospitals is okay, selling weapons into war zones is okay, but anyone who says ’shit‘ must wash their mouths off with soap.
A particularly absurd phenomenon is teens who make so-called „Hell Challenge“ videos in which they provoke their parents by speaking out the word „hell“. At best, they will get a dressing down, but sometimes a slap. Some parents threaten their children with eternal damnation. What idiots! But that’s culture. Do you have to respect foreign cultures? Do you have to? I do not see how I should be able to do that. You can not respect this mental thud, you have to take it to the sewage system. But is it perhaps a sign of hope that these children are aware of the provocation and thus question their culture? Human history seems to prove to me that children who are taught an authoritarian character do not become free adults, but good subjects who, once outgrown their teenage years, will also punish their children. They will no longer doubt that it is right to forbid wrong thoughts and bad words.
Death penalty for apostasy, stoning for adultery, genital mutilation, leather pants and yodels – all culture. Everything valuable and equivalent? Of course not! With yodeling, you can torture someone slowly to death, stoning is not nearly so cruel.
You are so proud of your cultures, and you do everything to destroy them by turning everything into commodities. The first time I saw someone with a cup of coffee in the street, I thought it was silly and could not imagine that I would ever be surrounded by people who think Pumpkin Spiced Latte is a drink and still claim to be mentally healthy. Drinking coffee was once a ritual that did not have a strong influence on the salvation of the soul, but which was capable of making a wounded soul a little bit healed. Admittedly, European coffeehouse culture, like every bourgeois culture, is also a demarcation down, but it was also something that differentiated the educated citizen from the moneybag. The propertied bourgeoisie has apparently won and has convinced the millions of its employees that you will never make it to the top if you sit down to drink coffee and read the paper.
