Und was glauben Sie? Kein Wunder, dass es nicht besser wird! Wenn Sie genau hinschauen, können Sie die Massen von Tagesausflüglern und Bergwanderern erkennen, die über die wunde Stelle trampeln. Wo es nässt, habe ich sogar Leute in Booten gesehen! Mein Arzt meint, er könne da nichts ausrichten, dafür sei der Alpenverein zuständig. Doch der hat nur mit den Schultern gezuckt und darauf verwiesen, dass laut Art. 141 der Bayerischen Verfassung das Betreten von Wald und Bergweide, das Befahren der Gewässer und die Aneignung wildwachsender Waldfrüchte in ortsüblichem Umfang jedermann gestattet sei. Na toll!
Nature conservation? You don’t say! – What looks like an alpine mountain landscape here is actually a high-resolution image of the scab on my left knee. The place has not wanted to heal properly for weeks. And guess what! No wonder it doesn’t get any better! If you look closely, you can see the crowds of day trippers and mountain hikers trampling over the sore spot. I even saw people in boats where it was wet! My doctor said he couldn’t do anything, the Alpine Club was responsible for that. But the club just shrugged his shoulders and pointed out that according to Art. 141 of the Bavarian Constitution, everyone is permitted to enter forests and mountain pastures, drive on the water and acquire wild forest fruits to the extent customary in the area. Great!
