Neulich war ich im örtlichen Literaturhaus auf einer Lesung. Der Schriftsteller war sympathisch, der Text interessant, das Gespräch mit der Moderatorin unterhaltend. Hinterher hat der Mann auch noch Musik gemacht. Eigentlich ein schöner Abend, wenn nicht das Vorprogramm gewesen wäre: Kein Sektempfang, dafür sehr breit getretener Literaturbetriebsnudelsalat.
For a change a bit of culture – Recently I was at a reading at the local House of literature. The author was likeable, the text was interesting, and entertaining was the conversation with the moderator. Afterwards the man also made music. Actually a nice evening, if the pre-program would not have been: No champagne reception, but a very widespread literary scene live wire salad.
